Protector IP and Bryn Aarflot are merging to become one of Norway’s largest IP companies

We are pleased to announce that Protector IP and Bryn Aarflot has decided to join forces, to create an even stronger professional environment within intellectual property. Following the merger, we will become one of the largest IP companies in Norway.

The company will operate under the Bryn Aarflot brand, and will have more than 60 employees.

The two companies complement each other and share both core values and approach to creating customer value through IP.

Bryn Aarflot is a key player on the Norwegian IP scene and offers a full range of IP services – including a strong position in IP litigation. This makes Bryn Aarflot a perfect match for Protector IP.

The merger will further strengthen our capacity and ability to provide high quality IP services, benefitting both existing and new clients.

By joining forces with Bryn Aarflot, we aim to be the best in the country within intellectual property. To do this, we need to be of considerable size and have the broadest possible competence to solve the challenges our customers face within different industries and markets all over the world.

The merger will formally take place on January 1st 2023

The merger between Bryn Aarflot and Protector IP will formally take place on January 1, 2023.
